Type in the label text, which can be automatically resized if desired to the label size, and click the print button..... A label is printed without the use of any ink, ribbon or cartridge consumables..
If you have a list of name tags to print, just import your spreadsheet data into the Seiko Instruments Smart Label Printer, then select the names for 1 or 100 or more name tags and hit the print button. I use these label printers when I am registering attendees for a range of events I manage.
