The Andy Warhol 15 watch collection was designed based on Warhol�s original works. This watch is from the collection of watches produced under a license from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation which promotes the visual arts.
 
Andy Warhol was the most famous artist to embrace pop culture as a subject of fine art. In the 1960's Warhol created many celebrity portraits and he was later commissioned by hundreds of the rich and famous to create their portraits too.

 

Warhol was infatuated with glamour, style, fashion, gossip, beauty, and all that is Hollywood. Warhol once said I love Hollywood. They're beautiful. Everybody's plastic, but I love plastic. I want to be plastic. Although Warhol appropriated the likeness of many Hollywood stars, he was most fond of Marilyn Monroe, his first screenprint star.
